| 摘 要： | 胜利油田注聚油藏非均质性严重,聚合物主要进入渗透率高的油层,薄差油层的动用程度低,层间矛盾突出。为此,研究了空心单管分层注聚工艺。该工艺采用一趟管柱即可实现聚合物的多层注入,不仅可减少作业工序,还可防止地层砂混合聚合物返吐造成管柱堵塞;空心配聚器采用坐封注聚一体化的结构设计,可以直接携带配聚心下井,无需投捞死心子,降低了施工成本,提高了施工效率。空心单管分层注聚工艺在孤岛油田现场试验6口井,施工成功率100%。

| Abstract: | Heterogeneity of polymer injection oil reservoirs is serious in Shengli Oilfield,and polymer mainly enters into the oil layer of high permeability,thus there is a low utility of thin and low productivity reservoirs and contradiction between layers is remarkable.
