200MW汽轮发电机密封油系统的改造

本对国产２００ＭＷ汽轮发电机组普遍存在的向机内进油及密封系统运行不稳定等问题进行了较为详细的分析，指出发电机氢侧回油腔窄小，回油不畅，平衡阀灵敏度低，可靠性差，压差阀发卡发涩，跟踪性能差，氢侧密封油箱补排油不畅等因素是造成上述问题的主要原因，并提出了应采取的措施及改造方案。

Rebuilding of the Seal Oil System in 200MW Turbo-generator

Detailed analysis is given on some common problems of the oil system in domestic 200MW turbo-generator. It is discovered that intruding of oil into the generator and non-steady operation of the system can be resulted from narrowness of oil chamber at the hydrogen side, low sensitivity of the balancing valve or poor following ability of the pressure valve. Measures to be taken and rebuilding scheme are presented in this paper.
