摘    要:不同厂家生产的仪表与控制系统(异构系统)之间的通讯互联是一个难点问题,各种通讯集成技术是解决工业仪表控制系统之间互联问题的关键技术,选择异构系统共同支持的主流工业通讯协议标准进行集成是异构系统之间通讯集成的一个核心技术手段。本文重点研究利用Modbus协议实现工业仪表与控制系统之间通讯集成的主要步骤与方法,结合工程实例,给出利用Modbus协议实现异构系统通讯集成的完整解决方案。实际应用效果表明基于Modbus协议的异构系统通讯集成方案能够很好地解决工程中大量的第三方通讯问题。

Abstract:The problem of inter-connection of different instrument and control systems is a challenge within research group.All kinds of communication integration technology had been investigated.The integration method which is based on popular industry communication protocol is a key solution to this problem.In order to resolve the problem of inter-connection of different instruments and systems,the key procedure and method of Modbus-based communication integration were investigated,and the whole Modbus-based communication scheme was presented after the cases study.The applied effects demonstrate the method's efficiency and good applicability to third-part communication problem in control engineering practice.
