缓凝剂对水泥稳定粒料土性能的影响

摘    要:为了使通用水泥拌制的混合料有较长的延迟碾压时间,研究了缓凝剂ZL和木钙对水泥稳定粒料土性能的影响。研究结果表明,可以通过掺加缓凝剂的方法延长水泥稳定粒料的延迟碾压时间。ZL和木钙均可将水泥稳定碎石的延迟碾压时间延长到9h。在效果相近时,ZL比木钙更加经济适用。ZL和木钙两种缓凝剂对水泥稳定粒料土的强度发展无不良影响。

Abstract:The influences of ZL and lignosulphonate calcium on the performance ofgranular soil stabilized with cementare studi- ed in order to get longer delaying time of the mixture with general cement.The results show thatthe delaying time of granular soil stabilized with general cement can be longer by retarders. ZL and lignosulphonate calcium all make the delaying time reach 9 hours.When the effect of ZL and lignosulphonate calcium is nearly same,ZL is more economical and applicable than lignosulph- onate calcium. ZL and lignosulphonate calcium don't harm the strength development of granular soil stabilized with cement.
