摘    要:百龙滩船闸上游引航道插板水上吊装施工现场条件特殊,施工难度较大,文章主要介绍该插板吊装方案与施工的过程。经制定方案比较,筛选出最佳方案。通过加强施工现场管理,达到施工安全和工期目标,并节约了施工成本。

Abstract:Hoisting and engineering of inserting plate on upstream waterway of Bailongtan ship lock are introduced in this paper as the site conditions are unfavorable,and an optimal scheme is defined based on comparative study.Thanks to the management on the construction site,works have been completed safely within construction period with construction cost being saved.
