| Abstract: | On the basis of the operating data of Alternant Oxidation Ditch in treating urban wastewater, the reasons and the influence factors causing the supernormal COD and SS over the allowable level in effluent are discussed emphatically. Recommendations to improve and perfect the operation and to guarantee the effluent of normal quality that can meet the requirement of the discharge standard are proposed in this paper. |
