核阀零件激光熔覆层耐磨抗蚀性能对比研究

摘    要:研究在1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢核阀零件上分别采用激光熔覆和等离子喷焊2种工艺形成的涂层对耐摩擦磨损与抗腐蚀性能的影响。使用5kW横流CO2激光器对预置于阀门零件基体上的Co基自熔合金粉末进行熔覆加工,得到的熔层与等离子焊层相比,激光熔覆层缺陷率低,被机体稀释率更小,成品率更高,其组织致密均匀、晶粒细小、熔层硬度与强韧性更高。性能试验证明激光熔覆层有更好的耐摩擦磨损和抗腐蚀性能。

Abstract:The effect of coating ,which is formed with laser cladding and plasma spurt welding on base metal of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel nuclear valve parts ,on properties of resistance to wear and corrosion has be studied .A 5KW laser with CO2 flow transverse is used for cladding Co-base alloy powder replaced on the base metal .Comparing with the plasma spurt welding layers, the laser cladding layers have lower defect rate and dilution rate effected by base metal. And, they have higher finished product rate , hardness and strength ,fine microcrystal grain size, etc. The experimental results show that the laser cladding layers have superior properties of resistance to wear and corrosion.
