地面驱动螺杆泵用电动机功率选择方法初探

摘    要:针对螺杆泵使用过程中地面驱动电动机功率选择明显偏高的问题,提出采用扭矩计算法选择电动机功率的新方法,并给出计算实例。扭矩计算法与在用的泵型选择电动机功率法相比,选择的电动机功率降低1~2个等级,因而在满足生产实际需要的情况下能实现较好的系统功率匹配。经过100多口井的实践证明,按扭矩计算法选择的电动机功率均满足生产需要,对提高整个螺杆泵采油系统效率,具有实际指导意义。

Abstract:In the course of the usage of a surface driven screw pump, the electric motor with a fairly high power is often selected. A new method for the selection of the power of the electric motor, the torque calculating method, is present. And an example of calculation is then given. The power determined by the torque calculated method is 1-2 levels lower than that determined according to the pump models, therefore the pump system's power can be matched more reasonably under the condition that actual production requirement is satisfied. Practice on more than 100 wells shows that, the power of the electric motor determined by the torque calculating method can meet the need of the production. The torque calculating method is of great importance to the improvement of the whole screw pump system.
