微膨胀纤维混凝土的力学性能研究

摘    要:研究了微膨胀纤维混凝土的抗压、抗折强度与聚丙烯纤维混凝土和普通混凝土的对比,及聚丙烯纤维的掺量对微膨胀纤维混凝土的抗压、劈拉强度的影响。建立了微膨胀纤维混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度与纤维掺量的关系式。微膨胀纤维混凝土的折压比与不掺纤维及膨胀剂的普通混凝土相当,聚丙烯纤维混凝土较不掺纤维及膨胀剂的普通混凝土有所提高,微膨胀纤维混凝土的拉压比随纤维掺量的增加而提高。

Abstract:The comparative research is proceeded on the compressive and flexural strength of minorexpansion fiber concrete and polypropylene fiber concrete as well as common concrete.The effect of polypropylene fiber content on the compressive and splitting tensile strength of minorexpansion fiber concrete is studied,and the relationship formula of the compressive and splitting tensile strength of minorexpansion fiber concrete with polypropylene fiber content are set up.The results show that the flexural to compressive ratio on minorexpansion fiber concrete with normal concrete is well matched,the flexural to compressive ratio on polypropylene fiber concrete is higher than the one on the ordinary concrete,and with the increasing of fiber content,the tensile to compressive ratio on the minorexpansion fiber concrete is enhanced.
