| 摘 要： | 通过32m^2强制循环真空连续蒸发器的工业化实验，确定蒸发器的几何特性尺寸，证实该类蒸发器可应用于硫化碱生产的浓缩工序。工况下，碳钢不腐蚀。提出了系统真空度、加热温度、物料浓度等工艺操作条件，为我国硫化碱浓缩工序的改造提供了数据。

| Abstract: | Through the industrial experiment of forced circulation vacuum continuous evaporator with 32 m 2.The evaporator's special size is determined.This kind of the evaporators can be used in the section of evaporation of sodium sulfide production and the carbon steel is not subjected to corrosion under this processing condition.The operating data of vacuum degree,heating temperature and reactant concentration etc.are given. |
