| 摘 要： | 以甲醇-水为流动相,采用C18不锈钢柱,254nm检测波长,对福美双和烯酰吗啉混合物进行了液相色谱定量分析。该方法的标准偏差分别为0.088、0.021;变异系数分别为0.19%、0.25%;线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9999;平均回收率分别为99.7%、99.6%。

| Abstract: | A method was developed for analyzing mixture of thiram and dimethomorph by reverse phase HPLC usingmethanol-water as mobile phase,C18 column and 254nm wavelength detection.The results showed that the standarddeviation were 0.088 and 0.021,the coefficient of variation were 0.19% and 0.25%,the linear correlation were 0.9999and 0.9999,and recovery were 99.7% and 99.6%,respectively. |
