国产首台超大型管壳式换热器设计

摘    要:国内某石化公司百万吨/年乙烯项目-EO/EG装置中的换热器-循环气冷却器是国产首台换热面积超过1万平方米的超大型管壳式换热器,该设备结构尺寸大大超过了GB151标准的覆盖范围。工艺专利商对设备在标准选定,材料选择、结构确定、强度计算、检验要求等方面均有特殊要求。为此,该设备的制造商在完成国产化设计工作中,进行了多方面的设计探索和实践。

Abstract:The recycle-gas cooler in an EO/EG plant (for an ethylene project with the desired output of million tons/year in China) is the first domestic super-large shell and tube type heat exchanger whose heat exchanging area is more than 10,000 m2 and structural dimensions are beyond the control of the applicable China standard GB151.The process licensor specifies special requirements in terms of applicable standards selection,material selection,structure determination,strength calculation,inspections and tests for the cooler.In order to satisfy those requirements,the manufacturer exerts the design study and practice in many fields for the design localization of the cooler.
