| Abstract: | Shanghai central CBD in both sides of the Huangpu River,is one of the most swift-developing and remarkable-effected city regions in China.For analyzing and considering the urban construction here,the basic urban elements should be carefully highlighted as important aspects,such as infrastructure,environment, public utility,commercial development,as well as the nature and impetus of the urban development. |
