露天开采境界的设计原理和准则

摘    要:露天开采境界设计的基本原则是使矿床开采的经济效果最佳,符合基本原则的最优露天开采境界具有特定的基本性质。依据这种基本性质可以建立露天开采境界设计的通用准则;增量剥采比不大于经济合理剥采比,或增量净值不小于零。通用准则可以作为确定和判定最优露天开采境界的直接依据。通用准则不仅适用于各种矿床埋藏条件,而且揭示了各种传统方法和计算机方法的共同原理。

Abstract:The basic object of an open-pit limit design is to obtain an optimum economic re-sult mining a deposit. An optimum limit accord with the object must has same basic characters, uponwhich the following general rule for desingning the limit can be established: The incremental strippingratios does not greater than the economic stripping ratios, or,the net incremental value does not lessthan zero. The general rule can be used as the direct basis to determine an optimum open-pit limit. Itnot only suit any kinds of deposit, but also reveal the common principle of traditional methods andcomputer methods for open-pit limit design.
