提升CZ-U1284组合机床加工精度的设计与实现

摘    要:对CZ-U1284组合机床的相关部分进行了精度分析和设计,采用调整滑台主轴轴心线与夹具定位板平面的垂直度,调整滑台主轴轴心线与夹具中心线偏移量及改进夹爪结构等方法,提高了设备的精度,降低了产品的废品率。

Abstract:In this paper, we shed light on the precision analysis and design corresponding to the related parts of the modular machine CZ-U1284. The efforts have been made to adjust the verticality between the spindle axis of the slid platform and the plane of the location-plate of the cramping apparatus, and modify the side-play amount between the spindle axis of the slid platform and the cramping apparatus with the improved claw structures, which leaded to the increase of the precision of the equipment and the decrease of the rejection ratio of the products.
