数字式图像型火焰检测系统

摘    要:图像型火焰检测技术是基于火焰电视、综合多媒体计算机和数字图像处理技术发展起来的一项新兴技术,它继承了火焰电视直观形象的优点,又充分发挥计算机强大的处理计算能力,使火焰检测功能得到了质的提高。本文首先简单介绍了各类传统火焰检测器的工作原理、性能比较、火焰检测器选型原则,以及在实际应用中存在的问题,重点介绍了数字式图像火焰检测系统的基本构成、工作原理和燃烧器火焰熄火、着火判据的分析。全炉膛火焰图像的数据分析方法也作了介绍。

Digital Image Flame Detecting System
Abstract:Image flame detecting technology is a burgeoning technology based on the flame TV, multimedia computer and digital image processing technology. Succeeding to the advantages of intuitionistic image of flame TV technology and developing the powerful calculating and processing abilities of computer, it brings qualitative changes to flame detecting technology .Firstly traditional flame detecting technology is introduced briefly in this paper including the system types , performance comparisons , lectotype methods and main problems in practical application. The digital image flame detecting system is presented emphatically such as the working principle, system structure . analysis and judgment of flameout/inflame of combustor flame . The data analysis methods of furnace cavity images are given, too.
