摘    要:利用傅立叶转换红外光谱法原位跟踪NR传统硫黄硫化体系的硫化过程,研究新型抗硫化返原剂Z-500对NR胶料硫化过程的影响。试验结果表明,在硫化返原过程中,NR主链上形成了共轭多烯结构,抗硫化返原剂Z500可与共轭多烯结构发生反应,减小共轭多烯的数量,从而抑制硫化返原。

Abstract:The vulcanization course of NR with traditional sulfur curing system was tracked in situ by FTIR and the effect of the new anti-reversion agent Z-500 on the vulcanization of NR was investigated. The test results showed that the conjugated polyene formed on the molecular chains of NR during reversion course;and the anti-reversion agent Z-500 could react with the conjugated polyene to inhibit the reversion.
