| 摘 要： | 本文通过工程实例对目前较为普遍的小高层住宅的结构体系进行适用性、经济性、抗震性能等几方面的比较，并论述了各种结构型式的优缺点，对同行及业主在结构方案设计阶段确定结构选型时，具有较高的参考价值。
