高含碳矿物改性路用沥青的研究

摘    要:对高含碳矿物改性路用沥青进行了研究 .采用 EDS,FT- IR和元素分析对高含碳矿物进行了表征 ,对其性能进行了测试 ;采用 FT- IR分析了路用沥青的改性机理 ;通过系统的室内实验 ,全面地研究和评价了改性沥青的技术性能和针入度指数 .研究表明 :高含碳矿物可以有效改善路用沥青的技术性能和感温性 ,改性沥青以物理改性为主 ,高含碳矿物的应用可以降低改性剂的成本、简化施工和制备工艺 .

Abstract:We modified asphalt with a high carbon content mineral in this paper.The properties of the mineral were characterized with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), fourier transform infra-red spectrum (FT-IR) and element analyzer.The properties of the modified asphalt were tested.The modification mechanism of the modified asphalt was analyzed with FT-IR. Moreover, the properties and penetration index of the modified asphalt were studied and evaluated, respectively.The results showed that the mineral markedly improved the properties and viscosity-temperature susceptibility.The modified asphalt is mainly physical modification.Therefore, the modified asphalt could be used as an excellent binder for pavement.
