| Abstract: | This paper presents a new method that can acquire high speed of picture retrieval. This method takes 0, 1 sequence pattern as characteristic quantity of the picture, through calculating the match numbers of 0, 1 sequence pattern in the pictures, it can distinguish different picture, thus achieve picture retrieval. |
