白酒中总酸含量测量过程不确定度评定

摘    要:对白酒中总酸测量过程不确定度进行研究,包括不确定度各分量的评定、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度的研究.结果表明,标定时消耗的NaOH标准溶液体积V1引入的不确定度、滴定酒样消耗NaOH标准溶液体积V2引入的不确定度、酒样体积V0引入的不确定度、天平称量质量mKHP引入的不确定度、邻苯二甲酸氢钾纯度PKHP引入的不确定度、测量重复性不确定度评定是不确定度来源的主要影响因素;MKHP、MHAC引入的不确定度很小,mKHP、PKHP引入的不确定度也较小.(孙悟)

Abstract:The uncertainty during the measurement of total acids content in liquor was investigated including the evaluation of each uncertainty variable component and the study of synthetic uncertainty and expanding uncertainty. The results indieted that the main uncertainty source covered the uncertainty induced by consumed NaOH standardized solution volume V1 in calibration, the uncertainty induced by consumed NaOH standardized solution volume V2 in liquor sample titration, the uncertainty induced by liquor sample volume V0, the uncertainty induced by mKHP, the uncertainty induced by PKHP, and the uncertainty induced by measuring repeatability. Among all the factors, the influence of MKHP, MHAC, mKHP, and PKHP, on the uncertainty was less important.
