新型修井作业油管钳系统与卡紧机构设计

摘    要:为了满足现代修井作业工艺的要求,分析新型修井作业油管钳系统的功能,并进行系统方案设计及工作机构设计。采用主钳、背钳、卡瓦集成结构,卡瓦固定在井口法兰上,钳体沿导轨上下移动。采用行星爪卡紧机构,钳头在正反向连续卡紧任意管径过程中不更换任何零件,卡紧性能好,修井效率高。经过工厂和油田工业试验证明,新型油管钳系统的自动化程度高,具有安全、高效的特点。

Abstract:An analysis of technical processes of workover was made and the system design proposals were put forward.The working mechanism of new tubing tongs was designed,which were all based on the functional requirements of new tubing tong system.The system of the new tubing tong is integrated by main tong,backup tong and slip.As slip is fixed on well head flange,the body of tong moves up and down along the rail.By employing the mechanism of planet chuck jaw,the tong head can continually chuck tubes of arbitrary dia...
