微量乙炔和乙烯加氢催化剂的工业侧流试验

摘    要:在工厂操作工况下,对研制的乙炔和乙烯加氢催化剂进行了较长周期的考核及相关的条件试验。结果表明,该加氢催化剂在活性、净化度及操作弹性方面均有所突破,具备了工业应用的条件。

Abstract:Long-term side stream test of CH-101 and CH-201 traced acetylene and propylene hydrogenation catalyst, developed by the Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry(NRICI), were made under commercial operation condition at SINOPEC Sichuan Vinylon Plant. The test results showed that activity, hydrogenation efficiency and operation flexibility of the catalyst meet the requirement of commercial application.
