| 摘 要： | 通过对岩掘进循环工艺的分析、改进,提高大断面岩巷单进水平。破岩方式由原来的1.8 m浅眼爆破,改为2.6 m中深孔爆破,循环进度由1.4 m提高到2.2 m,装岩耙矸机由0.6 m3增加到0.9 m3,提高了效率;运岩方式由耙矸机-矿车,改为迎头耙矸机-皮带机-水平矸石仓-耙矸机-矿车,实现了迎头连续排矸;支护由原来"锚-喷"一次性支护,改为"锚-喷-锚"二次支护,增加了平行作业时间。

| Abstract: | Through to the crag tunneling circulation craft analysis,the improvement,raises the big cross section crag lane only to enter the level.Broken crag way has the original 1.8 m shallow eye demolition,changes in 2.6 m the deep hole demolition,the circulation progress has 1.4 m to enhance 2.2 m,installs the crag rake gangue machine to increase 0.9 m3 from 0.6 m3,enhanced the efficiency.Transports the crag way by the rake gangue machine-mine car,changes: directly the rake gangue machine-belt fastener-horizontal gangue warehouse-rake gangue machine-mine car,realized continuously has directly arranged the gangue;spurts disposable by original the anchor "Strut protection",changes: "The anchor-spurts-the anchor" two Strut protection,increased the parallel operations time. |
