| 摘 要： | 以山东省聊城市凤凰新城为研究对象，在对影响客户购房因素进行充分调研的基础上，运用模糊数学对顾客筛选后的住宅进行综合评价，建立了顾客购房优选模型，并通过实例验证了其有效性。

| Abstract: | Taking the PHOENIX NEW LAND in Liaocheng for example, this paper evaluates the satisfaction degree of the customer to purchase residential building, based on a sufficiency survey of consideration. Through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating, the paper sets up a comprehensive model. Through the simulation study with example, the model presented very good performance. |
