电动车用氢镍电池特性和工况实验分析

摘    要:为评价MHN-i电池在电动车辆上的使用性能,根据混合型电动车对电池的使用要求,对电池充放电特性、不同荷电状态(SOC)下的能量效率、电池的最佳SOC工作区间,以及不同环境温度下特定工况时的特性等进行了测试分析。结果表明:MHN-i电池能较好地满足该类型电动车的使用要求,还表明,温度对MHN-i电池的性能影响明显,在使用过程中应该予以特别注意。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of Ni-MH battery and appraise its service ability on electric vehicle application,based on the requirement of HEV for Ni-MH batteries,the characteristic of charge and discharging at different currents,charging efficiency,the best working range of the battery SOC and characteristics of Ni-MH batteries under different environmental temperature were tested and analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the Ni-MH battery can satisfy the requirements of HEVs,and the performance of the Ni-MH battery was influenced obviously by temperature.It must be careful for application.
