高速扭矩加载器无线通信方法研究

摘    要:以动态扭矩加载器高速旋转条件为背景,采用射频收/发器芯片CC1100设计了一款可应用于高速旋转构件上的无线通信平台。该平台应用于动态扭矩加载器的旋转构件上,可实现系统参数的无线测量和控制。模拟实际的工况条件,对通信平台在1700r/min的转速条件下的通信性能进行了测试,测试结果表明,此通信平台可以在高速旋转条件下低差错地工作,满足系统要求。

Abstract:This paper proposes a wireless communication platform for the high-speed rotating components using RF- transceiver of CC 1100. And the platform can realize wireless detection and control of system parameters while using on the rotating component of torque loading device. Communication experiments have been taken in the condition of 1700RPM for imitating the real working environment. And the test's results show that this platform can be operated in a rotating situation with low error and meet system requirements.
