摘    要:为了解决摆镜伺服系统周期速度振荡的问题,采用直流电机作为扫描驱动电机,建立伺服系统的数学模型,根据摆镜扫描的周期性特点,提出了一种改进的重复控制器对伺服系统的转速进行控制,实现结果表明该方法很好的改善了系统的跟踪性能,有效的提高了摆镜扫描的速度稳定性,抑制了电机的振荡现象.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem the velocity oscillating of Oscillating Mirror,DC motor was used as a drive motor.According to the scan movement is periodical,a modified repetitive controller was proposed to control the angular velocity of servo system,the result of Experiments show that tracking accuracy was improved,the servo system can efficiently improve the velocity stability of Oscillating Mirror,and damp the oscillating of motor.
