双相炭黑在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘    要:试验研究双相炭黑CRX2125在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,在胎面胶中以双相炭黑CRX2125等量替代炭黑N134,胶料物理性能基本保持不变,生热和滚动阻力降低,耐磨性能下降;成品轮胎耐久性能提高,胎冠生热降低,生产成本略微增大,轮胎燃油经济性大幅提高。

Abstract:The application of dual phase carbon black in tread compound of all-steel TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using dual phase carbon black CRX2125 instead of carbon black N134 by equal weight in tread compound,the physical properties of compound changed little,heat build-up and rolling resistance decreased,wear resistance decreased;the endurance performance of finished tire was improved,the heat build-up of crown decreased,the production cost was increased slightly,and fuel economy was improved significantly.
