干涉条纹位相抖动的实时补偿

摘    要:本文报道了一种干涉条纹锁定系统的原理、装置及实验结果。采用迈克尔逊干涉仪光路,通过位相锁定控制系统,实现了双光路干涉条纹位相抖动的实时补偿。实验表明,位相补偿的效果显著。

Abstract:This paper describes the principle,the devices and the experiment results of interferogram lock-in system.The real-time compensation for the phase fluctuation of interferograms is realized by means of the control system of phase lock-in in the Mechelson Interferometer's system.The results of experiments prove that the compensation for the phase fluctuation can achieve good results.
