论"两课"教师的角色规范

摘    要:在高校,“两课”教师是一个特殊的群体,既是教师,也是思想政治工作者。其特定的社会地位决定了其特殊的角色规范,“两课”教师应是信仰者、实践者、耕耘者、服务者和示范者的集合体。文章试从社会学的角度论述“两课”教师的角色规范,以培养“两课”教师的角色意识,从而增强“两课”的实效性。

Abstract:In the university, the teacher of "Two Courses" is a special group. They are teachers and political educators of ideological education as well. This specific social status has determined its special role's norms. The teacher of "two courses" should be a unity of individuals with faith, practitioner, cultivator, helper and demonstrator. This article tries to discuss the role norms of these teachers from the angle of sociology. So their consciousness of the roles can be developed and the effect of "Two Courses" will be strengthened.
