| Abstract: | In this paper, the principle and methods of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were introduced briefly, the application of ELISA in analysis of Phytogenic food safety was commented in details. And the tendency of development in ELISA and its prospect used in the food safety determination were also forward promoted. |
