| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type of dual-conical cavity compensation absolute radiometer. Its precision is less than 0.1%, the uncertainty is within 0.1%. These characterictic data has reached the world standards of the same type of absolute radiometer. This paper reports the working principle, manufacturing technology and measurement method of this instrument. |
