数控机床滚珠丝杠的温度场研究

摘    要:滚珠丝杠在运行过程中由于摩擦力矩产生大量热量,因此有必要对传动过程中的滚珠丝杠进行温度场研究。以某龙门加工中心Y向进给系统中的滚珠丝杠为研究对象,建立简化模型,计算出热分析的边界条件,导入ANSYS软件中得出其温度场的仿真结果。与实验数据进行比较,对比结果显示了不同进给速度下滚珠丝杠的温度分布及其变化规律,为以后的滚珠丝杠热特性研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Ball screws in operation will generate a lot of heat due to the friction torque, so it is necessary to analysis the temperature field of ball screws. Taking the ball screw of Y-axis feed system in the QLM27100-5x gantry machining center as the research object,the paper establishes a simplified model, computes the boundary conditions of thermal analysis and gets the simulation results of the temperature field through loading the boundary conditions into ANSYS. Compared with the experimental data, the result shows the temperature distribution and the changing rule of the ball screw in different feed speeds, which provides reference for the thermal characteristics of ball screws.
