带裂纹圆筒形压力容器安全度计算法

摘    要:在价值分析的基础上,结合可靠性工程,把平均安全系数与结构可靠度组合而成结构安全度,对带裂纹圆筒形压力容器安全度的计算提出了一种新算法,称为结构安全度计算法。文中引用了一个简单压力容器的安全度计算实例,并用Visual Basic 进行计算,得到与其它方法计算相同结果,符合实际。这种方法既适用于断裂分析,也适用于不含裂纹的构件或结构物的设计分析,对石油工程中钻杆,抽油杆和套管的强度设计和分析均适用。

Abstract:On the basis of value analysis (VA),considering reliability engineering,average safety factor and structural fiduciary level are group together to account for structural safety degree.In this paper,calculation method of structural safety degree of cylindrical pressure vessels with cracks is proposed.A calculation example is given. And it is also calculated by using Visual Basic.The calculation results are all identical.This calculation method is not only suitable for fracture analysis,but also suitable for design of components without cracks.Meanwhile,this calculation method is also applicable for strength design and analysis of drill pipe,sucker rod and casing.
