| 摘 要： | 建筑物加层设计时，要用加层之后的荷载对原建筑物进行承载力验算，对不符合要求的构件进行加固；对原有屋面和柱子钢筋进行处理；楼梯接长时，要对楼梯梁进行验算，加固；新增梯段与楼梯梁的连接要符合一定的构造要求。

| Abstract: | In design of building floors being added,the original construction should be checked by loodbeing added.The components which fall short of require in checking should be reinforced.The former building surface and reinforcing steel bar of pillar should be disposed.The former girder of stairs should be checked and reinforced.The joint of stair girder and plank should accord with conformation. |
