摘    要:对略阳发电厂4号机第15级动叶片及叶轮断裂原因进行分析。通过强度振动校核,叶片、叶轮材质检验及断口形貌分析,认为第15级动叶片存在B0型振动,叶片上有高浓度的盐溶液,产生腐蚀介质。在推动应力的作用下,机组长期运行产生裂纹,进步扩展最终发生断裂。

Abstract:The reasons causing the breakage of moving blade and blade disc at Lueyang Power Plant Unit 4, Grade 15 are analyzed in this paper. Through strength vibration checkout, test of blade and disc material and analysis of fracture pattern, it is found that there is B 0 type vibration along moving blade at grade 15, and corrosion dielectric i.e. high-density salt solution on blade. Under the stress of vibration, the crack appears after long operation of unit and the breakage happened gradually.
