| Abstract: | This paper introduces the resource advantage in Northwest area, reviews the past power out - going in Northwest area. Different schemes of northwest power out - going is presented from the aspects of connection, modes and benefits etc., and suggestions on how to realize northwest power out- going is put forward as well. |
