基于对象的柔性组织建模方法

企业组织建模具有重要意义，但现有的组织建模方法还存在很多不足。本文在分析各种不足的基础上，应用面向对象技术，采用构件化方法，提出了一种柔性的、在模型全生命周期表达一致的组织建模方法。它引入了角色和工作组等新型建模元素，有力支持了过程模型的动态执行，并可在一定程度上描述虚拟企业组织结构。同时还介绍了应用该建模方法开发的组织建模软件工具。

A Flexible Organization Modeling Method Based on Objects

The modeling of enterprise organization is very important. However, existing methods of organization modeling have many deficiencies. In this paper, the deficiencies are analyzed, and a new objected-oriented modeling method based on constructs is presented. This method has good flexibility, and provides a uniform express of the model's whole life-cycle. It introduces new modeling elements such as ' role' and 'workgroup', which enable it to support the dynamic execution of process models and describe the organization of virtual enterprise to a certain extent. To apply the proposed method, the software for organization modeling is demonstrated.
