基于对象的柔性组织建模方法

摘    要:企业组织建模具有重要意义,但现有的组织建模方法还存在很多不足。本文在分析各种不足的基础上,应用面向对象技术,采用构件化方法,提出了一种柔性的、在模型全生命周期表达一致的组织建模方法。它引入了角色和工作组等新型建模元素,有力支持了过程模型的动态执行,并可在一定程度上描述虚拟企业组织结构。同时还介绍了应用该建模方法开发的组织建模软件工具。

Abstract:The modeling of enterprise organization is very important. However, existing methods of organization modeling have many deficiencies. In this paper, the deficiencies are analyzed, and a new objected-oriented modeling method based on constructs is presented. This method has good flexibility, and provides a uniform express of the model's whole life-cycle. It introduces new modeling elements such as ' role' and 'workgroup', which enable it to support the dynamic execution of process models and describe the organization of virtual enterprise to a certain extent. To apply the proposed method, the software for organization modeling is demonstrated.
