| 摘 要： | 根据送粉式激光熔覆的物理过程 ,提出了送粉式激光熔覆数值模型必须考虑的基本问题。回顾了已报道的送粉式激光熔覆的数值模型在处理相关问题时所做的基本假设和处理方法。重点讨论和分析了激光与合金粉末及基体的相互作用的数值模型 ,合金粉末落入熔池的状态及熔池自由表面的形状等问题。

| Abstract: | According to the physics process of powder feed laser cladding, the basic problems are brought up that must be considered in the numerical model for that process. The model of interaction among laser beam, alloy powder and basement, the states of alloy powder particles at reaching the melt pool and the mixing of the particles with liquid metal in the melt pool are especially discussed and analysed. |
