| 摘 要： | 通过对峰谷电价,尤其是2004年7月新的峰谷电价实施以来,湖南电网的峰谷电量时段分配和负荷特性变化的分析,总结出湖南电网负荷峰谷矛盾特征和日负荷峰谷位移的变化趋势,找出其中的原因并提出相应的峰谷电价比设置和峰谷时段划分等政策建议.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing load curve variation and energy time distribution since the new peak-valley TOU power tariff has been applied in Hunan power grid,this paper summarizes the new characteristics of load imbalance and the move trend of peak-valley time period,analyzes causes,and presents some corresponding policy proposals such as ratio of peak-valley time price and division of peak-valley time period. |
