地下采选一体化系统的研究及应用概况

摘    要:矿产资源地下采选一体化系统是深部矿山开发模式的一种新探索。该系统是根据深埋矿产资源的开发特点,将选矿厂或部分工序直接建设在地下硐室中,从而实现矿石短距离运输、地下选矿,精矿管道输送到地表、尾砂就近地下充填等一体化的开发方法。本文总结了当今国内外地下采选一体化系统的研究、设计及生产实践的现状,分析了地下采选一体化系统的优势与特点,提出了采选一体化系统应用需重点解决的关键问题,以期为采选一体化系统的开发和应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:The integrated underground mining-processing system is a new exploration of deep mineral resources development mode. Based on the development characteristics of deep mineral resources, this system constructs the whole or part of concentrator in underground caverns, thereby achieves the integration of ore short distance transport, underground processing, concentrate pipeline transportation to surface and backfilling using tailings by proximity. This paper summarizes the research, design and application status of integrated underground mining-processing system in domestic and foreign, analyzes the advantage and characteristic and puts forward some key issues to be addressed for integrated underground mining-processing system application, in order to provide some references for the develop and application of integrated underground mining-processing system.
