石油系橡胶增塑剂的环保化及对轮胎应用性能影响研究

摘    要:阐述了石油系橡胶增塑剂实现环保化的必要性,并研究了芳烃油与环保的不同石油系橡胶增塑剂产品在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用性能。研究结果表明,环保的橡胶增塑剂对胶料性能并没有产生显著的不良影响,且在老化性能、疲劳性能和滚动阻力等方面表现出更优的性能。

Abstract:The necessity of petroleum rubber plasticizer environmental-friendly improvement was introduced in detail, and the application performance of DAE and typical environmental-friendly petroleum rubber plasticizers in radial car tire tread was studied. The results showed that, environmental friendly plasticizers had no adverse effects on the properties of the rubber compound, however, the aging properties, the fatigue properties and the rolling resistance were better.
