| 摘 要： | 针对工程概预算在现代化建设中的重要作用,介绍了公路工程和建筑工程采用的实物量法和单价法编制预算的步骤,对比分析了两种编制方法各自的优缺点,以期造价管理部门找出一种能较好适应各自工程特点的概预算编制方法.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the important action of project general budget in modem construction, it introduces the progress of adopting the real quantity and monovalent method work out budget of road project and architectural project at present, compares and analyses the merits and de- faults of the two work out methods, to prospect the cost management department to find out a general budget work out method better adapted the self project character. |
