| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了在矿井这一特殊工作环境以及煤炭企业组织背景之下的矿井作业人员工作压力形成系统,主要包括矿井作业人员工作压力源指标分析、矿井作业人员工作压力构成要素分析和维度划分.并在此基础上,构建了矿井作业人员工作压力结构图,以期能够促进后续实证研究的延续,并为煤矿企业提出矿井作业人员工作压力控制及管理策略提供指导性建议.
