造纸涂布级高岭土超细分级的试验研究

摘    要:国产造纸涂布级高岭土的粒度分布不均是产品黏度较高的原因之一,利用超细分级将较大和超细颗粒分选出来,就可以降低浆料的黏度.本实验采用高速管式离心机对造纸涂布级高岭土进行了超细分级试验研究,结果表明:矿浆浓度和离心转速对分级效果有十分重要的影响,在矿浆浓度15%、离心速度在11000 r/min时分级效果比较明显,上、中、下层中的颗粒分布比较清晰,较大颗粒分布在下层,较小颗粒分布在上层,而且分层后颗粒的分级粒度变化最大,可以认为分级的效果最好.
