织物起拱残留高度的预测方法

摘    要:织物起拱残留高度在测量中是动态变化的,这种变化又是微量的,人工静止测量容易产生较大的误差。为了提高织物起拱残留高度测量的可靠性和自动化程度,基于MatLab程序,利用图像处理技术,对从改进后的图像采集平台获取的织物起拱图像进行处理,通过动态阈值变换、欧氏距离算法等,计算得到未起拱织物与起拱织物之间的欧氏相对距离,经线性回归分析得到相应的实际织物起拱残留高度。实验和分析表明,采用该方法测量并计算出的织物起拱残留高度与实际测量值之间没有显著性差异,达到了所要求的测量精度。

Abstract:The varying of the residual bagging height is dynamic and petty which tends to make errors when human carries out the measurement.To enhance the reliability and automation of the measure of fabric residual bagging height,the relative distance of the weave bagging was calculated by using dynamic threshold and Euclidean distance through the new image collection system based on MatLab.The fabric residual bagging height formula which can predict the fabric bagging was obtained by linear regression analysis.Expe...
