摘    要:概要介绍了所实施CIMS环境中的CAM系统,提出了在该系统中对数控代码进行优化处理的必要性。为满足这一要求,利用图论中经典的“旅行商问题”数学模型,对墙板类零件典型的大量孔加工进行了优化处理。实现了加工多个特征时所规划的走刀路径最短,缩短了走刀时间,提高了加工效率。

Abstract:First, the CAM system in the CIMS environment implemented is introduced summarily, then the need to optimize NC program in CAM is brought forward. To meet this requirement, classical "Travelling Salesman Issue" mathematical model is utilized, and manufacturing procedure of many holes of side frame is optimized. Therefore, the shortest tool path made out is realized during manufacturing of plentiful features, thus machining time is shortened and machining efficiency is increased.
