| 摘 要： | 在MS为基本培养基的脱毒马铃薯快繁中,探讨其有机成分(除蔗糖外)及光照对马铃薯快繁的影响。结果表明,缺乏有机营养成分(除蔗糖外)对脱毒马铃薯试管苗无显著影响;而光照不仅影响试管苗的器官建成,也影响试管苗的生长,光照时数以不低于16 h/d为宜。

| Abstract: | The effect of organic compositions(except sugar) and illumination hours on the rapid propagation of toxin-free potatoes with MS as the basic medium was studied.The results show that insufficient organic compositions(except sugar) have no significant influence on the growth of the plantlets.Illumination hours affect not only the organ formation but also the growth of the tube plantlets.It was better not to below 16 h/d. |
