对高校经济适用房户型设计的探讨

发展经济适用房是推进高校住房制度改革的有效途径之一，对缓解学校和教师的住房压力，稳定师资队伍起到了重要作用．但是，在实际的经济适用房开发建设中也存在着一些问题．笔者从当前高校教师的住房现状分析着手，指出发展高校经济适用房的必要性和重要性，并着重探讨了其建设中需要注意的几个问题，同时提出一些技术上和政策上的建议．

Discussion on the design of universities' economical and functional housing

The development of economical and functional housing is the one of the valid paths to push forward the reform of universities' housing system,which is important for universities to alleviate pressures of teachers' housing,and to stabilize the teacher's troop.But there exists some problems in the planning and construction of economical and functional housing.Based on the current housing status of universities' teachers,the necessities and importance of the development of economical and functional housing are pointed in the paper.Through the research of a few aspects that must be emphasized in the development of economical and functional housing,some suggestions on the design and policy are put forward.
